SHIPPING

Forest Nymphs ships within the United States ONLY. All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail for a flat rate fee of $5.95. We do offer FREE shipping on all orders of $65.00 or more. There are times when our Nymphs will surprisingly offer FREE shipping on all items! It may be for a day, week or a month! At such time, we will send out an email and let you know!

WE DO NOT SHIP OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES AND WE DO NOT SHIP TO CANADA. We are flattered that we have international fans, but unfortunately due to customs rules and regulations holding packages; no package tracking; no estimated shipping time frame and extremely high cost of shipping to our customers we have ceased our international and Canadian orders at this time.

We keep a sufficient stock of items listed on our site and our Nymphs work overtime for our forests guests to insure you receive your orders asap! If for any reason we do become out of stock on an item you have ordered, or anticipate that it will take a little longer to reach you, this includes our handmade products also, we will notify you via email and let you know when the back ordered item will be shipped.
Once our customer service dept receives your order, our Nymphs will notify you via email. All in stock orders are processed and ready to be shipped out within 48 hours of receipt as long as your payment is cleared. You will also receive an email once your order ships along with your invoice and package tracking number.

We do not process orders on weekends (Saturdays or Sundays) or Holidays. Should you place an order on a weekend your order will be processed on that following Monday. Any order placed on a Holiday will be processed that following day.

PACKAGING

We believe that what you order is no one’s business but your own and we do not believe in advertising on packages. Our products and service speak for themselves. Therefore for these and privacy reasons we send all packages with the return address and business initials “FN” only. NO BUSINESS NAME. NO LOGO.
All orders are shipped out in USPS Priority Mail packaging and /or plain wrap white or brown box packaging. You may get a solid color box during the holiday season, like red or green, but all the above still applies.

MANUFACTURING CONDITIONS

All our Nymph made products ( Forest Nymphs Signature Line) are hand made and manufactured in a smoke free and pet free environment. All equipment is sterilized before each use to maintain product integrity.

For those of you who know us, know that we are strictly against animal testing. We give you our assurance that our products are cruelty free and always have been. So you can enjoy our products in good conscience. If you have any other questions, don't hesitate to contact us! Also our raw ingredients are responsibly sourced. We hand make our products free of animal product. We use what comes from and is in our forest and in our earth to make our products, this includes all coloring as well, which is derived from flowers, fruits and vegetables. We support fair trade by purchasing our products from fair trade farmers. We buy sugar, salts, oils, herbs and flowers from a local organic producer. And same goes in the case of imported products, such as butters like Shea (which comes from the shea nut grown in Africa),Yerba Mate’ we purchase from Uruguay farmers; Coffee and Teas from Brazilian farmers and we work with local importers at times, keeping truck travel to a minimum.
